A singer and performer since the age of 3.
Classically and operatically trained at the Settlement
Music School in Philadelphia. April is a winner of multiple regional and state vocal competitions and
scholarships. A proud graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy’s conservatory
musical theatre program in NYC. April has been seen in roles in regional theaters, traveling tours,
NYC theatre festivals and Off-Broadway productions. She lends her voice to radio commercials and
has appeared in TV and film. Her one- woman cabaret show “It’s Not Over till You’re Underground” played to
a sold-out crowd in NYC. Currently, you can find her singing country, rock and roll, soul, jazz, and
folk tunes with “Solis and The Unwritten” and with her solo project “April Reign.”
April Reign is a dynamic female-fronted cover band based out of Austin, TX.
Our repertoire spans the late 60s to 70s with a just a spinkle of a few modern tunes. Songs that invoke sweet memories and simplier times. From Dolly to Sade, Carole to Blondie, each song will make the listener sigh with that feeling of "Oh wow, I LOVE this song". A little bit sexy, a little bit tonuge and cheek, and a whole lot of fun. We are professional, seasoned musicans who love to entertain.
